Movie night
On Thursday the 2nd we had a movie night at #0. Warming up with a proper smoke-out-meatfest, we rounded up for the screening at 11. Selection by Adam one of Lukes friends. 3 Micky Jack vids, Herzog's God's Angry Man and finally Monsieur Godard's Pierot le Fou. By 1 I was fast asleep. Got a second wind at 1.20, but the movie ended up corrupting about 1.35 so we called it a day. Got on my bike, fell off, hurt my backbone and rode home. In bed by 2.30. |

Prehistoric printshop
After many months of back and forth the Prehistoric Man All About album artwork is finally ready. It took some two evenings to print. Using the studio print facility I have to admit my old skills are very rusty. Nevertheless, the final print came out stunning. Rough and in true prehistoric fashion. Check the full picture session. |

Flooding
It takes a long time to move in properly. Its taken me 3 months to put up shelves. And it's done only after the warhouse got flooded by the terencial rain in the recent weeks. Eventually things are off the floor. And with a drying rack I think we are prepared to meet any revelation storm. |

A few old things
There is something satisfying about bringing old things to use. This Belfast sink was rescued from our house when we renovated. My wife wanted it out but I hung on to it. For a while it was a beer cooler, then a chimney for the smokepit bbq in our garden, and now finally its back in use as a sink, replacing the massive stainless steel monster we used to have. Just a bit more plumbin and it will be up and runnin.

Bike on a budget
While on trial in Oslo I got immensly bored with taking the tram. I decided to get a bike. With only £50 in my pocket I was told of a guy who sells bikes from a backstreet. I went there but the shop was closed. I called the number on the window and was told to come back on a thursday between 4 and 6. This turned out to be the shop's official opening hours! Returning one week later it turned out I could only afford this bike, which was ok for me as I like old things. Turns out it is from the second world war. A real horse and a bargain of the century. I even had money left for beers. Check out the old tyres |
