In a crazy rush I managed to score some SVIN-II from Fatland. This is at least 100% Norwegian meat with 23% fat. Like allways, this is a FRESH sausage, please eat FRESH, alternatively freeze before sell by date. Keeps in the freezer for about 8 weeks.

Pan fry on low heat for 20 min. Turn regularely, should bronze when done. Cooks well on the barbecue too. Any time of day. Enjoy with PASTA, on a BAGUETTE or on PIZZA with rich red wine from Provence.

A mild, oversized central European type.
32-34 mm diameter
100% organic pig from Grøstad, max 22% fat. This is a FRESH sausage, please eat or freeze before May 26. 2013 Roast in the oven for 15-20 min
at 150-180 c or pan fry for 15 min on low temperature, then raise the temp to med to crispify. Being a fat sausage it needs more time to cook through. Goes well with beer, root vegetables, cabbage (Brussel sprouts), or pasta dishes.

#1 Red Sausage
500g. Thick style / spicy (not hot)
32-34 mm diameter
Roast in the oven for 15-20 min
at 150-180 c or pan fry for 15 min on low temperature, then raise the temp to med to crispify. Being a thicker sausage it needs more time to cook through. Goes well with kidney beans, lentils, oranges, pumpkin, sweetpotato, polenta, root veg. and full body red wine.
